High Flow and High Pressure Regulators(
1/2″, 3/4″
NPT & BSP)
DR75 series DR75 series are most suitable for pipeline, etc. requiring high flow of water, chemical, liquid or gas. Especially being optimally designed to minimize the P2 pressure increase against P1 pressure drops, DR75 series will maintain constant stable supply of pressure at outlet even against variable inlet pressure. Body is made of stainless steel 316L or brass and 1/2” and 3/4” NPT or BSP inlet and outlet connections are available. Having Cv 2.0, maximum inlet pressure of this series is possible up to 450bar (6,500psi)/stainless steel model and 250bar (3,600psi)/brass model. Outlet controlled pressures are possible for 2bar (29psig) ~ 200bar (2900psig) according to a choice of model. ◈ 1/2”, 3/4” NPT or BSP type available ◈ Drop-preventing function is built in ◈ Suitable for the industrial control ◈ Inlet pressures are 450bar(6500psi) or 250bar(3600psi) and outlet pressures are 10bar(145psig), 25bar(360psig), 50bar(720psig), 70bar(1000psig), 100bar(1450psig), 150bar(2175psig), and 200bar(2900psig) ◈ Panel mounting and wall mounting bracket available as option ◈ Design proof pressure: 150% of maximum rated ◈ Cleaning … procedure in compliance with process and regulations indicated in CGA 4.1. and or ASTM G-93 and are free of any grease or oils. ※ [DRASTAR Regulators are Oil-free] DRASTAR’s all pressure regulators are assembled, cleaned, inspected, and packed in clean-rooms equipped with clean bench, helium detector, particle counter, ultrasonic cleaner, ultrapure water system, vacuum packaging machine, etc. through oxygen cleaning procedure in compliance with process and regulations indicated in CGA 4.1. and or ASTM G-93 and are free of any grease or oils. ※ Caution: Filtering (gas 7㎛ ~ 15㎛, water 15㎛ ~ 80㎛) is a MUST to use in the general gas application other than high purity gases. Otherwise, it may cause a failure to the regulators. It is strongly recommended to install filter for extension of life span and saving the maintenance expense. |
